Describe your winery or brewery

What you make, where visitors can taste it and how buyers should reach you. Cactal writes the pages, sets up your inquiry form and publishes the site.

How it works

  1. 1 Pick a design

Browse by what you make and how you sell it, and open any design to see it full size.

  2. 2 Add your details

Your wines or beers, tasting room hours, events and where to buy. Cactal writes every page and builds the site from your design.

  3. 3 Publish

Ask for changes in plain words until it's right, then publish free on a Cactal domain, or on your own domain with Pro.

What a winery or brewery website needs

Visiting details up front

Tasting room days and hours, the address and whether guests should book ahead. Keep them near the top, since many visitors are planning a trip.

A page for each wine or beer

A photo, tasting notes, the vintage or style and the price. Mark what's sold out instead of deleting it, so regulars know what might come back.

A clear way to buy

Link each bottle or case to the shop or ordering tool you already use, and say where you can ship. Alcohol sales, shipping and age checks are regulated, and the rules vary by state and country, so check yours.

Your club and mailing list

Say what members get and how often shipments arrive, then link to the club signup you already run. A newsletter form turns one visit into the next.

Events and private hire

Release parties, live music and harvest days give people a reason to come back. A page for weddings and private events with an inquiry form turns interest into bookings.

The people and the place

Photos of the vineyard, the brewhouse and the people who make the drinks. They are what turn a bottle on a shelf into a trip to see you.

Questions

Are these winery and brewery website templates free?

Every design here is free to start from. You can sign up, build and publish on a Cactal domain without a card and with no time limit. Putting your site on a domain you own is $25 a month on Pro, or $240 a year.

Do I need to know how to code or design?

No. Describe your winery or brewery in plain words and Cactal builds, edits and publishes the site. When you want a change, ask for it the same way.

How much does a winery or brewery website cost?

A custom build from a winery marketing agency often runs into the thousands of dollars and takes weeks. A builder template costs less, but you still write and fill in every page. With Cactal it's free to build and publish on a Cactal address, and your own domain is $25 a month on Pro, or $240 a year, with no setup fee.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Every site starts on a free Cactal address. Connect a domain you own on Pro for $25 a month, or $240 a year, and each additional website on its own domain is $20 a month.

Who owns the website?

You do. Every Cactal site is real React source code, so you can take it and run it anywhere. There is no export to buy.

Are these real wineries and breweries?

No. Each design is an illustration made by Cactal, and the winery and brewery names, people, labels, awards and photos in it are fictional. Your site is built around your own wines or beers.

Can I sell wine or beer through the site?

Your site can link to or embed the online shop, club signup or ordering tool you already use, so orders and payments go straight there. Cactal doesn't take orders or payments itself, but your pages can still list each wine or beer with notes and prices, plus a contact form for questions.

Can visitors book a tasting on the site?

Cactal doesn't include booking, but your site can link to or embed the reservation tool you already use. You can also add a tasting inquiry form that sends each request to your inbox.
