Describe your B&B

Your rooms, your breakfast, where you are and how guests book. Cactal writes the pages, links your booking service, sets up an inquiry form and publishes the site.

How it works

  1. 1 Pick a design

Browse by setting and open any design to see it full size.

  2. 2 Add your B&B's details

Your rooms, rates, breakfast, the area and the link guests use to book. Cactal writes every page and builds the site from your design.

  3. 3 Publish

Ask for changes in plain words until it's right, then publish free on a Cactal domain, or on your own domain with Pro.

What a bed and breakfast website needs

Rooms guests can picture

Give each room its own photos, bed size, bath and view, and say which suit couples, families or longer stays. Guests often choose the room before the dates.

Booking one tap away

Put a check-availability button in the header that goes straight to the booking service you already use, so booking with you directly is as easy as anywhere else.

Breakfast, described properly

It's half the name. Say what you serve and when, how you handle dietary needs, and show a photo of a real morning at your table.

The area and how to get there

Guests come for the town, the coast or the trails as much as the house. Add nearby things to do, parking and directions from the closest airport or station.

House policies in plain words

Check-in times, minimum stays, children, pets, accessibility and cancellation terms. Clear answers save awkward emails and surprises at the door.

The people who run it

A stay at a B&B is a stay in someone's home. A short note and a photo of the innkeepers, and the story of the house, help guests feel welcome before they arrive.

Questions

Are these bed and breakfast website templates free?

Every design here is free to start from. You can sign up, build and publish on a Cactal domain without a card and with no time limit. Putting your site on a domain you own is $25 a month on Pro, or $240 a year.

Do I need to know how to code or design?

No. Describe your B&B in plain words and Cactal builds, edits and publishes the site. When you want a change, ask for it the same way.

How much does a bed and breakfast website cost?

A custom build from a web designer often runs into the thousands of dollars and takes weeks. A builder template costs less, but you still write and fill in every page. With Cactal it's free to build and publish on a Cactal address, and your own domain is $25 a month on Pro, or $240 a year, with no setup fee.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Every site starts on a free Cactal address. Connect a domain you own on Pro for $25 a month, or $240 a year, and each additional website on its own domain is $20 a month.

Who owns the website?

You do. Every Cactal site is real React source code, so you can take it and run it anywhere. There is no export to buy.

Are these real bed and breakfasts?

No. Each design is an illustration made by Cactal, and the inn names, people, prices and photos in it are fictional. Your site is built around your own B&B.

Can guests book a room on my site?

Your site can link to or embed the booking service you already use, so guests check dates and book there. Cactal doesn't take reservations or payments itself, but it can set up an inquiry form for questions, group stays and events.

Can I show my rooms and rates?

Yes. Cactal can build a page for each room with photos, bed and bath details and rates, and you update them by asking. If your rates change by the night, link to your booking service for live prices.
